NEW Workshop - Fancy trying a new technique?
Using a bottle as your base, Powertex, stone art powder, various silicone moulds and bister sprays you will create a decorative bottle.
The final look and colour is up to you.
A great way to get familiar with stone art powder and learn how to make and use your own clay. Ready to go on to another project like our Funghi Vase or tea cup.
Beginners welcome.
Cost of £45 includes all materials, tuition and refreshments on the day.
Powertex is the environmentally friendly water based textile hardener which can harden a variety of materials and can be used in lots of different ways.
It can be a very messy craft but very addictive with great results. An apron and gloves will be provided, please wear old clothes.
A £10 non refundable (but transferable) deposit will secure your place, spaces are limited. Please either pop into the studio to book or give us a ring on 01386 304878.
Please note that we need 2 people minimum to be able to run this workshop and it will take place in our upstairs workshop.
ALLERGY? Please note - if you have a nut allergy, the Bister sprays that we are using contain crushed walnut shells. You are welcome to bring a mask if preferred (the room will be well ventilated).
For full workshop terms and conditions please see the Powertex section of our website
