18:00 -20:30 2022.06.07 18 Vine Mews, Vine Street, Evesham, Worcs, WR11 4RE  Introduction to Powertex – Hanging Heart plaque and a little surprise. This is a great taster session, you will learn a range of different techniques, suitable for beginners, before going onto anything larger or more intricate. Create your own unique decorative plaque using a wooden heart, (various styles available) as a base and upcycling scrap materials and embellishments. Cost of £20 includes all materials, tuition and refreshments on the night. Powertex is the environmentally friendly water based textile hardener which can harden a variety of materials with many uses. It can be a very messy craft but very addictive with great results. An apron and gloves will be provided, please wear old clothes. A £5 non refundable (but transferable) deposit will secure your place, spaces are limited. 12 - Powertex Guitar wall plaque
10:00 -14:30 2022.06.12 18 Vine Mews, Vine Street, Evesham, Worcs, WR11 4RE  Come and join us to Powertex your own Guitar wall plaque. In this workshop you will be using Powertex fabric hardener (choice of colours) to design and decorate a 17.5″ MDF Wall hanging Guitar using various recycled fabrics and embellishments. Once dry you will use a dry brush technique to colour and enhance the texture on your Guitar, the finished look is up to you. When finished you take your Guitar home with you which once fully dried (3 weeks drying time) can be placed outside if you wish. The workshop is suitable for beginners. Powertex is a fabric hardener so we recommend wearing old clothes, aprons and gloves are supplied and refreshments are included. Limited spaces available, £5 non-refundable (but transferable) deposit required on booking. Choose from our wide range of items, with prices starting from £9 up to £45. You are welcome to bring your own fizz or drink on the evening. We also sell a range of teas and coffees. Minimum number 3 and maximum 6 per table, limited tables available to allow for distancing following current Covid-19 guidelines which may be subject to change. If you don’t see a date that is suitable, please speak to us as we may be able to accommodate you on a different day. Booking is essential with a £5 deposit, which will be deducted from the cost of the items on the night.
