Each workshop is £10 per person, you will make 3 flowers per workshop to take home on the day. Variety of colours available. 18:00 -21:00 2023.06.01 18 Vine Mews, Vine Street, Evesham, Worcs, WR11 4RE  Create your own unique A5 sketchbook or notebook which can be used as a gift or for yourself, using fabrics, a range of embellishments and Powertex – choose your theme. A variety of Powertex colours are available, the sketchbook is an example only, you will be able to create your own design using the materials provided.. Cost of £27.00 includes all materials and tuition and a hot/cold drink on the evening. Powertex is the environmentally friendly water based textile hardener which can harden a variety of materials and both Kaz & Annie are Certified Powertex Tutors for fabric sculpting, Stone Art and mixed media. It can be a very messy craft but with great results. An apron and gloves will be provided, please wear old clothes. You are welcome to bring your own apron if you prefer. Booking is essential, spaces are limited, a £5 non-refundable (but transferable) deposit will secure your place. Over the period of the four weeks you will learn the basics of knitting, to include: How to hold the needles
Casting on and off
Garter stitch
Stocking stitch
Increasing and decreasing
You will also learn how to follow a pattern. Once these skills have been gained, this will enable you to progress to intermediate/advanced level where you will learn to work with more complicated patterns. During the weeks you will knit a hat, headband or a cowl together with a brooch (styles will vary). Start date:

Cost is £35.00 which includes all the materials, tuition and a hot drink. 11 - Powertex Hare
10:00 -16:00 2023.06.11 18 Vine Mews, Vine Street, Evesham, Worcs, WR11 4RE  Join us to create your own unique Powertex fabric sculpted Hare. During the day you will create your own amazing fabric sculpture using Powertex fabric hardener and recycled fabrics, before bringing your figure to life with our range of colour pigments and dry brushing techniques. Your finished sculpture will also be suitable for outdoor display once cured (3 weeks) if you wish. Cost £55 includes all materials, tuition and refreshments. Please wear old clothes, we will provide an apron and gloves. Please bring a packed lunch (no nuts or popcorn please do to a serious allergy) or pop out and grab a sandwich. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Spaces are limited. You will be guided through the process of making your own Highland Cow using Powertex and recycled materials and will be able to take home Hamish on the day. If you are interested or would like any more information, please get in touch. Cost £45 Please note that we need a minimum of 2 people booked on to be able to run this workshop. This workshop will run alongside our Powertex Christmas Wreath (if you would like to do both workshops, please speak to us and we will see if we can arrange an alternative date) Spaces are limited and a £5 non refundable (but transferable) deposit per person is required on booking please. It is a messy craft and wearing old clothes is recommended, an apron and gloves will be provided.
