During the day you will create your own amazing fabric sculpture using Powertex fabric hardener, plaster head (2 styles available) and recycled fabrics, before bringing your figure to life with our range of colour pigments and dry brushing techniques.

Your finished sculpture will also be suitable for outdoor display once cured (3 weeks) if you wish.

Cost £90 which includes all materials, tuition and refreshments.

Please wear old clothes, we will provide an apron and gloves.

Please bring a packed lunch (no nuts or popcorn please due to a serious allergy) or pop out and grab a sandwich. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Spaces are limited. A £5 non-refundable (but transferable) deposit will secure your place, please either pop into the studio or give us a ring on 01386 304878 to book.

This workshop will take place in our upstairs studio and will run alongside our Bottle & glass workshop.

Powertex is the environmentally friendly water based textile hardener which can harden a variety of materials.

It can be a very messy craft but with great results. An apron and gloves will be provided, please wear old clothes. You are welcome to bring your own apron if you prefer.
