Booking is essential. Spaces are limited and a £10 non refundable (but transferable) deposit per person is required on booking please.

Please note that we need a minimum of 2 people booked on to be able to run this workshop.

It is a messy craft and wearing old clothes is recommended, an apron and gloves will be provided. Drinks included (and biscuits) please bring a packed lunch/snack (no nuts or popcorn please due to an allergy) or pre-order lunch from Cafe Mews next door on the day.

This workshop will take place in our upstairs studio (if stairs are difficult please speak to us)

In this workshop you will be using Powertex fabric hardener, recycled materials and bister sprays to design and decorate a 25.5cm Wall hanging Mirror using a sea theme or choose your own theme (just let us know when booking – sea, steampunk, flowers, butterflies etc) and various embellishments. (actual Mirror size 9.5cm square).

Once dry you will use a dry brush technique to colour and enhance the texture on your Mirror, the finished look is up to you.

When finished you take your Mirror home with you. The workshop is suitable for beginners, minimum age 10 years (accompanied by full paying adult), no maximum age.

Powertex is a fabric hardener so we recommend wearing old clothes, aprons and gloves are provided and refreshments are included.
