Create your own decorated Wooden Oval Box - the picture shows a dragon themed box, but there are other options and colours available.
Learn a different technique to create the effects on the box and use various fabrics and clay to embellish your box.
We guide you through every step and the finished design is up to you.
Cost £30 includes all tuition, materials and refreshments on the evening.
Spaces are limited and a £10 non refundable (but transferable) deposit per person is required on booking please.
Please note that we need a minimum of 2 people booked on to be able to run this workshop.
It is a messy craft and wearing old clothes is recommended, an apron and gloves will be provided.

    Introduction to Powertex - Hanging Heart plaque and a little surprise. This is a great taster session, you will learn about Powertex and what it can be used for. This is suitable for beginners, before going onto anything larger or more intricate.

    It can be a very messy craft but very addictive with great results. An apron and gloves will be provided, please wear old clothes.
    A £10 non refundable (but transferable) deposit will secure your place, spaces are limited. Please either pop into the studio to book or give us a ring on 01386 304878.
    Please note that we need 2 people minimum to be able to run this workshop and it will take place in our upstairs workshop.

    Create your own unique Powertex Mushroom, the finished style is up to you, using recycled materials, fabrics and Powertex.
    Cost of £30 includes all materials and tuition and refreshments.
    Powertex is the environmentally friendly water based textile hardener which can harden a variety of materials.
    Your Mushroom will be ready to display outside if wished after drying/curing inside for 3 weeks.
    It can be a very messy craft but with great results. An apron and gloves will be provided but please wear old clothes. You are welcome to bring your own apron if you prefer.
    Please note that we need a minimum of 2 people to be able to run this workshop.
